COMPRESSOR IS DESIGNED FOR PCP AIRGUN TANKS
Only fill the approved PCP (Precharged pneumatic) compressed air tanks with this com-
pressor. Check the specifications of the maximum filling pressure before commissioning.
Exceeding the maximum permissible filling pressure can lead to an explosion. The maxi-
mum tank size must not exceed 0.5 liters. Otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
DO NOT OPERATE UNATTENDED AND EXERCISE APPROPRIATE
CAUTION
Never leave the unit unattended to avoid damage to third parties or your environment.
Never act rashly. Do not take any risks. Do not operate the compressor when you are
overtired. Do not use the compressor when you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs
or strong medication. Never direct compressed air at people or animals.
AVOID LOCATIONS WITH HIGH TEMPERATURE OR DIRECT SUNLIGHT,
DUST FORMATION OR WETNESS.
Use under high temperature or direct sunlight, dust formation or wetness will not only
affect the life but also the function of the device and pose a risk to your safety. Use the
instrument in a sun-protected, well-ventilated place. The correct ambient temperature
is +5°C to +35°C.
NEVER OPERATE THE COMPRESSOR WITHOUT THE GUARDS IN PLACE
Operate the compressor only if all the protection devices or safety devices are present
and only in perfect condition. If a guard or safety device must be removed for mainte-
nance or repair, be sure to reinstall the guards or safety devices before operating the
compressor again.
DO NOT TOUCH MOVING PARTS
Always keep hands, fingers and other body parts away from moving parts of the com-
pressor.
ALWAYS WEAR EYE AND HEARING PROTECTION
Always wear eye and hearing protection for you and others. Never direct compressed air
at another person or any part of the body. Always wear protective equipment appropriate
for the existing work environment, including soundproofing and safety glasses.
DISCONNECT THE SUPPLY LINES
Before repairing, inspecting, servicing, cleaning, replacing parts, or testing the com-
pressor, always unplug the compressor and bleed the air from the compressor system.
AVOID ACCIDENTAL START-UP
Never carry the compressor while it is still plugged in or the system is filled with com-
pressed air.
STORE THE COMPRESSOR PROPERLY
Store the compressor in a dry place when not in use and protect it from dust. Keep
the compressor away from children. Make sure that unauthorized access is impossible.
MAKE SURE THE WORK AREA IS TIDY
Clutter increases the risk of injury. Make sure there are no unnecessary tools or objects
throughout the work area and keep the area clean.
MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE
Third parties must maintain an adequate safety distance from the work area. This safety
distance should be at least 2 meters. Only instructed persons may continue to approach
the unit when it is switched on.
WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING
Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Loose clothing and jewelry could get into moving
parts. Protect long hair with a hair net or similar.
HANDLE THE COMPRESSOR WITH CARE
Follow the maintenance instructions. Check the connecting cables regularly and replace
damaged cables with new ones. Operate only on a firm, level surface.
USE ONLY SAFE EXTENSION CABLES
To avoid electric shock, use only a three-wire extension cord with a three-prong plug with
a protective grounding conductor and a three-prong outlet with a protective grounding
conductor. Make sure the extension cord is in good condition. Have damaged cables
replaced. The cable must be rated for the rated current of the device. A cable that is rated
too low will cause a voltage drop or loss of power and result in overheating.
