SAFETY
WARNINGS
This manual contains instructions for the
proper installation of the Electric Electronic
Equipment (EEE) you have just purchased.
The owner of an EEE must make sure that
this document is read and understood by wel-
ding technicians and their assistants and by
maintenance technicians.
Warning: Even when the ON/OFF
switch of the EEE is at "O", voltage
from the power grid is still present
within the generator and in the po-
wer cable. Prior to any internal inspection,
make sure the appliance has been discon-
nected from the power source (this means
taking a series of steps in order to separate
the appliance from the power source and to
keep it free from voltage).
Electrical electronic appliances may never be
used without their panels and covers, as this
may be dangerous for the workers involved.
Using the appliances without these protec-
tions may cause serious damage to the ap-
pliances themselves.
These generators may be supplied by an
electricity generator, which must absolutely
be equipped with a diesel engine with power
above 23 kVA and output voltage of 400Vac
+/- 10% - 3Ph – 50/60Hz.
