This warranty certificate will only be valid if it has been filled in by the retailer at the time the purchase is made and is produced, whenever required, together with
the original invoice, without changes to the original data introduced.
Based on this warranty certificate, HERGOM will repair or replace any broken or defective components of its devices based on the following conditions:

The warranty comes into force on the purchase date of the product as indicated on the warranty document and only covers damag e or breakages
due to manufacturing defects. It will be presumed that all faults found within SIX months after the purchase of the product already existed when the device
was delivered, except when the said presumption is incompatible with the nature or the product or with the type of fault - Official State Gazette., Law
23/2003 of 10th July 2003)

In accordance with the said Law, this warranty covers labour and materials for any possible repairs, as well as travel and transport costs to the home
of the user, if the said repair work is possible and proportionate, during the first six months. From the seventh month and until the end of the warranty period,
HERGOM will only cover the cost of materials. Any repair work will be considered disproportionate if it implies costs for HERGOM that, in comparison with other
types of repair work, is unreasonable, considering the value of the device without any defects and if an alternative repair method exists that can be performed
without great inconvenience to the user.

This warranty does not cover periodical servicing or maintenance operations performed by the authorised Official Technical Service (Start-up,
installation).
34.
No liability will be accepted for indirect damage caused to or by this device, especially if derived from any inadequate inst allation or failure to comply
with current applicable laws and regulations.
35.
Exclusions from the warranty include any damage caused due to maltreatment of the device, its incorrect use, incorrect handling and/or maintenance
by unauthorised personnel, as well as to any lack of maintenance and the use of accessories that have not been approved by HERGOM or that have not been
included in the instruction manual. This warranty excludes damage due to incorrect power supply, storms, unsuitable fuel, damage caused by water with
physical-chemical features that cause incrustation or corrosion, frost, fire, incorrect regulation, problems due to chimney draw, damage caused during
transport, parts subject to wear by use (joints, handles, filters, injectors, components, plastic elements, anodes, pilots, glass....).

No individual or legal entity is authorised to alter this warranty in any way. No compromise will be accepted that results from other tacit or express
warranties, clauses and other obligations, whether special or imposed by trade or sale customs.
37.
This device will not be considered to have any manufacturing defect if it has to be adapted or modified to comply with technical or safety regulations
in force in places or countries other than those for which the device was originally designed and manufactured. Therefore, this warranty does not cover any of the
above-mentioned adaptations, modifications or changes, nor any attempt to introduce them, whether performed correctly or not, or any damages derived from them.
38.
Customers must notify HERGOM within 2 months from the date they detect any defect or failure affecting the device to be able to benefit from this
warranty.
39.
The geographical coverage of this warranty only includes the countries in which HERGOM, a subsidiary company or an official importer distribute its
products and where Community Directive 199/44/CE is in force. In countries that do not belong to the European Union, the warranty remains in force under the
same terms except for point 2.
40.
This warranty does not affect the rights of consumers as stated by Law 23/2003 on Warranties covering the sale of Consumer Goods. The Vendor
will fill-in and stamp this Warranty Certificate. Show this Certificate to the Technician together with the purchase receipt if you require any technical assistance.
