2. GENERAL
Read and understand these instructions carefully before
using the inflating/blowing kit.
Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
2.1 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Read all the operating instructions, safety precautions and warn-
ings in the instruction manual carefully. Accidents can be avoided
by recognising potentially hazardous situations before they oc-
cur and by observing appropriate safety procedures. Basic safety
precautions are outlined in the "SAFETY" section of this manual.

3.1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!: DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY COULD RE-
SULT FROM IMPROPER OR UNSAFE USE OR POOR MAINTENANCE
OF THE TOOLS. TO AVOID THESE RISKS, FOLLOW THESE BASIC
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
1. NEVER EXCEED THE STATED MAXIMUM OPERATING PRES-
SURE.
2. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE
STATED ON THE OBJECT YOU'RE INFLATING.
3. ALWAYS WEAR EYE PROTECTION
Always wear safety goggles or equivalent eye protection. Com-
pressed air must never be aimed at anyone or any part of the
body.
4. DRESS PROPERLY
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. They can be caught in
moving parts. Wear protective hair covering, if necessary.
5. WORK AREA
Clear all work areas of unnecessary tools. Keep work area well
ventilated.
6. USE TOOLS CORRECTLY
Never allow the tools to be operated by children or individuals
who are unfamiliar with its operation.
7. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY
Do not let children or other people interfere with the compres-
sor tools. All unauthorised people must be kept safely away from
work area. Never allow the tools to be operated by children or
individuals who are unfamiliar with its operation.
8. STAY ALERT
Pay attention to your actions. Use your common sense. Do not
operate tools when you are tired. The tools must never be used if
you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that
makes you drowsy.
9. MAINTAIN TOOLS WITH CARE
Inspect tools periodically and if damaged, have them repaired by
an authorised service centre. Check the external appearance of
the tools does not present visual anomalies. If necessary, contact
the manufacturer.
10. CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS AND AIR LEAKS
If a guard or other part is damaged it should be carefully checked
to determine that it will operate properly and perform its in-
tended function before using the tools. Before further use of the
tools, check for alignment of moving parts, tubes, pressure gaug-
es, pneumatic connections and any other part which may affect
normal operation. Any damaged part must be properly repaired
or replaced by an authorised service centre listed in the instruc-
tion manual.

11. NEVER USE TOOLS WHICH ARE DEFECTIVE
If the tools appear to be operating unusually, making strange
noises, or otherwise appears defective, stop it immediately and
arrange for repairs by an authorised service centre.
12. USE ONLY GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS
For any operating and/or replacement problems of the parts,
contact your dealer. Replacement parts which are not original will
cancel your warranty and can lead to malfunction and resulting
injuries. Genuine parts are available from your dealer.
13. DO NOT MODIFY THE TOOLS
Do not modify the tools. Always contact an authorised service
centre for repairs. Unauthorised modifications may impair tools
performance and also result in severe accidents or for personnel
who do not have the required knowledge and technical expertise
to perform the repair operations correctly.
14. DO NOT DIRECT AIR STREAM AT SOMEBODY
Do not direct air stream at persons or animals.
15. DO NOT WIPE PLASTIC PARTS WITH SOLVENT
Solvents such as petrol, thinner, diesel fuel or other substances

containing alcohol may damage plastic parts. DO NOT use these
components on plastic parts. Clean plastic parts with a soft cloth
and soapy water and dry thoroughly.
4. BEFORE USE

4.3 CONNECTING TOOLS TO A SOURCE OF COMPRESSED
on the compressed air hose, be sure to reduce the pressure using
the regulator on your source of compressed air.
Connect the tool to the compressed air hose by plugging the
quick coupling of the compressed air hose to the plug nipple of
the gun.
Pull the quick coupling on the compressed air hose back and re-
move the gun from the front.
When removing, remember that the compressed air hose may
spring back in an uncontrolled manner.
When releasing the quick coupling, hold both the compressed air
hose and the gun firmly in your hand.
