1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and

USER MANUAL.
To increase the product life of the device and to ensure
trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specifications in this user manual are
up to date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION!
Read
all
safety
warnings
instructions. Failure to follow warnings and
instructions could result in serious injury or even
death.
The term "unit" or "product" in the warnings and in the
description of the instructions refers to the DENT REMOVAL
KIT.
a)
Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor
lighting can lead to accidents. Be foresighted, watch
what you are doing and use common sense when
using the unit.
b)
If you have any doubts as to whether the unit is
working properly or if it is damaged, contact the
manufacturer's service department.
c)
Only the manufacturer's service department may
repair the unit. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
d)
No children or unauthorized persons are allowed in
the work area.
e)
Keep these instructions for use for future reference.
If the unit is to be passed on to a third party, the
operating instructions must also be handed over
together with the unit.

Keep the packaging and small assembly parts out of
the reach of children.

properly (does not turn on and off). Units that cannot

When working with inertia hammers, do not apply
excessive force to the dent so as not to damage the
surface.

of the welder or compressor must be strictly adhered to!
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is used to weld washers to the surface of the
sheet metal that has been deformed to remove dents.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
CONNECTING TO THE WELDER:
1.
Loosen the housing screws.

Remove the top of the housing and route the welder
cable through the gun: route one end of the cable to
the trigger and the other end through the head to the
handle.
3.
Secure the handle by tightening the screws.
4.
Screw the housing.
WHEN CONNECTED TO THE WELDER:
•
do not touch the welding fixtures,
•
use face, eye and hearing protection,
•
do not touch electrically live objects with the gun,
•
check if the power cable is damaged,
•
do not interfere with the gun structure, before
performing any operations disconnect the gun from
the welder.
AFTER CONNECTING TO THE COMPRESSOR:
•
gradually increase the air supply to make sure it works
properly; do not use the maximum pressure,
•
the work area should allow immediate access to the
compressed air shut-off valve.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT
1.
Locate and clean the dent area.
2.
Select the appropriate tool for the job:
a)
inertia hammer:
•
select the appropriate hook to push out the dent,
•
screw the selected hook onto the tip of the inertia
hammer,
•
apply the hook to the convex side of the dent,
•
move the extraction spring to push out the dent;
b)
pneumatic inertia hammer:
•
select and apply suction cup to tool tip,
•
connect tool to compressor with connector behind
valve:
•
apply the tool to the concave side of the dent,
•
start the compressor,
•
unscrew the valve at the end of the tool,
•
make pulsating suction movements to pull out the
dent,
•
when finished, close the valve, turn off the compressor
and disconnect the tool from the compressor;
c)
slip hammer for the spotter:
•
connect the welding gun to the welder,
•
install the tip of the tool in the holder of the welding
gun,
•
start the welder,
•
apply the tool to the concave side of the dent,
•
while pressing the trigger of the gun, weld the plate
on the end of the gun to the metal sheet,
•
after welding release the trigger,
•
pull the indentation out by pulsating while moving
the extraction spring
•
when finished turn off the welder, disconnect the gun
and remove the tool from the gun holder.
