SWISS CHOCOLATE FONDUE
• 79 ml (1/3 cup) whipping cream
• 226 g (8 oz) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 45 ml (3 tbsp) Grand Marnier (optional)
Bring whipping cream to simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Reduce heat
to low. Add chopped chocolate and 15 ml (1 tbsp) Grand Marnier (optional);
whisk until mixture is smooth. Remove fondue from heat and blend in
remaining 30 ml (2 tbsp) Grand Marnier (optional). Transfer chocolate to
fondue pot on low heat setting. Serve with angel food cake pieces, lady
fingers and a variety of fruit for dipping.
