Note: Incorrect usage can lead to injury.
5. Turn the appliance on by turning the speed
selection to "1" (low speed) or "2" (high
speed), keeping in mind that:
a. Speed 1 is for softer fruits and vegetables.
b. Speed 2 is designed to extract juice from har-
der fruits and vegetables.
6. Insert your chosen fruits and/or vegetables
into the device's chute.
7. Push them down gently, if necessary, using
the push rod.
Note: Make sure the groove in the push rod is correc-
tly positioned in the chute.
• Tip: Longer vegetables, such as carrots,
should be inserted into the chute with the
pointed tip first.
• Tip: If your fruits and vegetables produce too
much pulp, pass them through the centrifuge
more slowly, and don't hesitate to pass the
pulp through a second time.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT
SPEED: GET THE MOST OUT
OF YOUR JUICER
• Position "0": To turn the appliance off.
• Position "1": Low speed, for softer vegetables
(for example: cucumbers, strawberries, rasp-
berries, melon (peeled), watermelon (peeled),
tomatoes, etc.)
• Position "2": High speed, to extract juice from
all fruits and vegetables.
• Tip: Longer vegetables, such as carrots,
should be inserted into the chute with the
pointed tip first.
This product is equipped with a safety device
and will function if, and only if, it is correctly
installed.
CLEANING AND UPKEEP
• ATTENTION: ALWAYS unplug the appliance
and let it cool down before cleaning.
OUR ADVICE:
• Clean the centrifuge immediately after use.
• This will allow you to easily remove bits of
fruits and vegetables from the pieces BEFORE
they dry out.
• Doing so will save you significant time during
cleaning!
1. Unplug the centrifuge from the power
source.
2. Follow the assembly instructions in reverse
to easily disassemble the centrifuge.
3. Quickly rinse off the removable pieces under
running water to remove as much residue as
possible before it dries..
4. Use the included brush to scrub the filter
under running water and easily remove as
much residue as possible.
5. The removable parts that come in contact
with the food (such as the push rod, the pulp
receptacle, the filter stand, the stainless steel
filter, etc.) can be washed in hot water with
a sponge and dish soap, or washed in a di-
shwasher.
6. Clean the exterior of the appliance with a
sponge or a slightly damp cloth.
ATTENTION:
Never immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid!
Never use abrasive products, metallic bru-
shes, or other sharp objects.
