ATTENTION!
The passive PoE power supply included in the WEG Cassia X1000 package has two RJ45 connectors,
one for data input (IN) and another for data and power output (OUT). Pay attention to the connection
direction so as not to damage the equipment connected to it. Do not connect any product with
Ethernet connection other than the Cassia X1000 gateway to the output (OUT) port, as this may
cause irreparable damage.

4.5.3 Connect the Grounding Cable
Use the screw on the Cassia X1000 gateway frame to secure the grounding cable.
NOTE!
The grounding cable is optional, that is, it is not necessary for the Cassia X1000 gateway to operate.
However, its use brings greater security to the product against electrical loads and improves the
quality of radio frequency signals.
