5.2 ACCESS THE GATEWAY HOMEPAGE
Once configured in the WEG Motion Fleet Management platform, we can proceed to the next step, which is to
access the gateway home page. To that end, we need to choose the best gateway access connection for the
user, either via ethernet or via Wi-Fi.
5.2.1 Via Ethernet
To access the homepage via Wi-Fi, the computer must be connected to the Wi-Fi network generated by the gateway.
The Wi-Fi network will have a name starting with "cassia" and will continue with the final 6 digits of the product
MAC, such as "cassia-E27240". The Wi-Fi network password will be the same as the network name, which in this
case is "cassia-E27240".
NOTE!
If the Wi-Fi network generated by the gateway is not visible to your computer or any other Wi-Fi device,
reset the Cassia X1000 gateway to its factory settings by pressing the reset button located at the
bottom of the product for 15 seconds. The Wi-Fi network should appear with the default name above.
ATTENTION!
Do not connect the computer to the RJ45 connector indicated as "OUT" of the PoE charger included
in the Cassia X1000 product. If connected, the computer may be damaged by the high supply voltage.

5.2.2 Via Wi-Fi
To access the home page via Ethernet, the gateway must be connected to a computer via an ethernet cable.
Also, the computer in question must be configured to communicate with a 192.168.40.0/24 network, as the fixed
IP of the gateway home page will be at the IP address 192.168.40.1.
NOTE!
If you are using the PoE power supply included in the Cassia X1000 gateway box, connect the computer
Ethernet cable to the RJ45 marked as "IN" of the PoE power supply. Thus, the Ethernet cable being
used to power the gateway will also be used to transmit data between the gateway and the computer.
