5 GATEWAY SETUP
5.1 REGISTER GATEWAY ON WEG MFM
NOTE!
In this first step to set the Cassia X1000 gateway, the device does not have to be turned on. In the
next steps, the gateway must be turned on.
The gateway must be added to WEG Motion Fleet Management <mfm.wnology.io>, in the plant of interest. For
this step, a smartphone containing the WEG Motor Scan app must be used.
If you do not have the app yet, Appendix C will show you how to download it on the respective platform of your
smartphone.
The steps to register the gateway via app can be viewed directly in the app and in the images below.
1. On the WEG Motor
Scan app home
screen, press "NEW
DEVICE".

2. Press "Cassia X1000"
to start the procedure.
6. Assign a name to your
gateway to identify it
in WEG Motion Fleet
Management.
3. Make sure the gateway
i s t u r n e d o n b y
checking the LED at
the bottom base.
7. Make sure there is an internet
connection and wait until the
gateway is added to WEG
Motion Fleet Management.

which the gateway
will be registered. If
there is no registered
