THE BEVEL CUTTING
1. The "Cutting Head" can be set
at and angle up to 45º to the "Left
Hand" side only.
2. The "Bevel Locking Screw"
is behind the machines base. A
protractor guide and pointer a
re incorporated into the bevel
mechanism to aid setting.
3. Screw off the "Bevel locking" and
please bevel the "Cutting head" with
your holding "Cutting handle" hand.
4. Tighten the "Bevel Locking
Screw" securely when the desired
angle has been selected.
NOTE: A "BEVEL CUTTING"
can now be made using the same
techniques as previously described
in chop cutting.
Cutting thickness
33mm
When the "Cutting head" bevel 45º
to the left side, and the table stays
on the 0º position. This position
of the "Multi-Purpose Table Saw"
can cutting wood thickness not than
33mm, and the cutting width is
110mm.
NOTE: Always make a "dury run"
with the machine switched "OFF"
so that the path of the blade
can be checked. Some bevel
and compound cuts may require
the "Hold Down Clamp" to be
positioned to the right hand side
of the cutting head. This may be
necessary to avoid interference
with the blade and other parts of
the machine as the "Cutting Head"
is lowered.
Cutting thickness
33mm
When the "Cutting head" bevel 45º
to the left side, and the table rotates
toward left to 45º. This position
of the "Multi-Purpose Table Saw"
can cutting wood thickness not
than 33mm, and the cutting width
is 35mm.
Cutting width
When the "Cutting head" bevel 45º
110mm
to the left side, and the table rotates
toward right hand side to 45º. This
position of the "Multi-Purpose Table
Saw" can cutting wood thickness
not than 25mm, and the cutting
width is 80mm.
COMPOUND CUTTING
A "Compound Cutting" is a
combination of a "Mitre Cut" and
"Bevel Cut".
- Set the Mitre Angle required as
previously described.
- Set the Bevel Angle as previously
described.
- Ensure the tightness off all
adjustment/ locking screws, and
conduct a "dry run" to check the
path of the blade.
- Make the cut as previously
described.
WARNING: Before making any
adjustments ensure that the machine
is disconnected from the power
supply.

MAINTENANCE AND
ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: Ensure that the machine
is disconnected from the mains
supply before any maintenance
tasks or adjustments are attempted.
WARNING: Hands should never be
in line with the blade.
Maintain
After each use the machine should
be cleaned. Remove all sawdust etc
from the visible parts of the machine
with a vacuum cleaner. A vacuum
cleaner can also be connected to
the machine dust extraction port at
the rear of the machine. This should
remove debris from the inside of
the machine. Never use solvents to
clean plastic parts, as solvents can
damage them. Clean only with a soft
slightly damp cloth.
RIVING KNIFE
The "Riving Knife" is a very
important component and comes
factory fitted and correctly aligned
and adjusted. The "Riving Knife"
prevents the work from binding
as it passes through the blade.
Inspect the "Riving Knife" at regular
intervals and replace it if it is worn
or damaged.
Retractable lower
blade guard
Riving knife
The "Riving Knife" should be
adjusted so that the gap between
the tips of the blade teeth and
the edge of the riving knife is
approximately 3-5mm.
INSTALLING / REMOVING THE
BALDE
WARNING: Only use the designated
supplier or agent blades for using
in this machine. Ensure that the
maximum speed of the blade is
3-5mm
gap
