7 Opening the package
The opacimeter is delivered to the Customer packed in an adequately sized cardboard box. Place the
box carefully avoiding shocks or falls in order to avoid damaging the equipment inside. The box
shall be closed with adhesive tape respecting the direction shown by the arrow for box correct
positioning upwards. Cut the adhesive tape at the ends of the upper side and along the direction of
the opening using a blade. Remove the opacimeter.
CAUTION: Nobody else than the operator shall stay in the immediate
vicinity of the instrument, as the accidental fall of the entire structure, due to
failure to comply with the handling procedures described, can cause serious
personal injury...
