When the remote control stops working or its range is reduced, it is time to change the battery
with a new one.
1. The battery compartment is located on the back of the remote control.
2. Press and slide the battery door open and remove the old battery.
3. Insert a CR2025 battery, making sure that the "+" and "-" terminals of the battery match the
inside of the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment door.
NEVER dispose of batteries in fire. Dispose of batteries at a local hazardous materials
processing facility.
DO NOT mix old and new batteries.
DO NOT use rechargeable silver oxide batteries with the remote control.
DO NOT mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

Unplug from outlet before attempting any maintenance or cleaning to reduce the risk of fire,

GLASS CLEANING
The glass is cleaned at the factory during the assembly operation. During shipping, installation,
handling, etc., the transparent door may accumulate dust particles; They can be cleaned by
dusting lightly with a clean, dry cloth.
To remove fingerprints or other marks, the transparent door can be cleaned with a damp
cloth. The clear door should be dried completely with a lint-free cloth to prevent water stains.
CAUTION
Do not use abrasive cleaners on the glass surface or spray liquids directly on any surface.
CLEANING THE SURFACE OF THE FIREPLACE
Only use a cloth dampened with warm water to clean the painted surfaces of the electric
fireplace. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance work must be performed by an authorized service representative.
