5.1
Switching on / off
The guide light can be switched on as soon as the power plug of the trimmer is connected.
It is switched on and off using the sensor button (4, Fig. 1).
The trimmer does not need to be running for this purpose.

Cleaning / Maintenance
6.1
Orthodontic model table and template
The orthodontic model table can be cleaned in the same way as the standard trimmer model table.
⇒ Remove the template.
⇒ Pull the model table upwards from the ball head at the front edge.
⇒ Clean the model table and the template using a brush as appropriate under running water.
Do not use any objects with sharp edges or solvent-based / abrasive cleaning agents.
Never use cleaning agents containing solvents or strong acids (e.g. descaling agents).

Guide light
Only wipe the housing of the guide light with a damp cloth.

Cause
• The power plug of the trimmer is
not connected.
• The guide light is switched on/off
separately, independently of the
trimmer motor.
Corrective action
• Connect the power plug.
• Switch on the guide light at the sensor button (4, Fig. 1).
