After the pipe is unblocked, the spiral should be withdrawn. Make sure the

control knob is in the forward position. This is important to prevent the spiral
from getting tangled in the drum or in the rope.
Do not use reverse gear to pull the cable out of the drain. Running the

machine in reverse may cause the cable to become tangled in the drum.

When the cutting tool is close to the drain hole, remove your foot from the
foot switch to stop the drum from turning. Never withdraw the cutting tool
from the drain while the cable is rotating. The spiral can twist and cause serious
injury.

Cleaning and maintenance

Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning,
adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use.

Pull out the mains plug before each cleaning and when the unit is not in use.

Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.

After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is
reused.

Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.

Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
g)
Perform regular inspections of the unit, checking technical fitness and any
damages.

Use a soft cloth for cleaning.

Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical agents, thinners, fuel, oils
or other chemicals. It may cause damage to the device.
