Have your lights aligned in a
garage or at a service station.
Headlamps only provide optimum
light when they are correctly
adjusted.
The lamps should not vibrate or
extend higher than the bonnet. They
must be attached symmetrically.
Fig. at left: Find installation position
on straight surface and mark
mounting points.
Drill pilot hole with 3 mm bit and
then drill out to 11 mm. Seal drilled
metal parts with rust protection
agent.
Screw lamps to vehicle (if necessary
with two-point mount, see
accessories on Page 7).
One more tip:
Keep the lenses clean. Dirt can
absorb up to 80% of the light.
You drive safely when you can
see and be seen well. Do you
have spare bulbs and fuses in
your vehicle?
Caution:
Install lamps on correct sides, see
Fig. on Page 8 (Function
description)
Align lamps and tighten all screws.
Connect lamps with connection
lead.
When mounting with angle bracket
(see accessories on Page 6).
Use arresting screw with washer
from standard mount.
Reconnect ground lead to battery.
Check lights.
