Quirera Outlet Pipe Assembly - TRF 400F
Delivered with the fodder crusher TRF 400F:
1 quirera outlet pipe;
4 flat washers;
4 spring washers 1/4";
4 slotted screws UNC 1/4" x 1/2".
Follow these steps to assemble the quirera outlet
pipe:
Fit the quirera outlet pipe (4) in the body of the
machine.
Insert the flat washer (3), spring washers (2) and
slotted screws (1) as shown below and tight as
necessary.
Remove the cover plate (1). Except for models
TRF 50 and TRF 70.
Remove the green crop feeder cover (4).
Remove the grain funnel (5).
Place a smooth sieve (2), because the output will be
by the upper part of the shredder. Direct the outlet
spout towards the desired material direction. Except
for models TRF 50 and TRF 70, where the shredded
material will be discharged by the lower body
output and the smooth sieve is not used, the sieve
is simply removed.
The green products are placed into the green crop
feeder (3), and then forwarded to be processed. The
end product leaves the shredder through the upper
part. Except for models TRF 50 and TRF 70, where
the shredded material will be discharged by the
lower body output.
When using grass or sugar cane, do not exceed the
feeding capacity so as not to overload the motor.
Exceeding the feeding capacity may block the
material output spout.
In models TRF 50 and TRF 70, the processed
material leaves through the lower part. Check the
machine position and the direction intended to launch
the material before turning the machine on.

Attention!
The motor may break down due to overload,
in case an excessive amount of material is fed
or if it is operated with the disk locked, this
condition leads to a product warranty loss.
