BOILER ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the jewelry steam boiler from its packaging and make sure all
packing has been removed (including the protective bags). Put the station
on a flat and solid surface
2. Unscrew the Safety cap (1). Fill the boiler with a maximum of 8.4 cups
(2 litres) of water for the 4100CJ. Use the funnel supplied, making sure
you do not overfill the tank (you can also use the water stick to determine
the water level in the steam tank).
Note:
To preserve the life of your boiler, we recommend distilled water. Tap
water is okay, but more cleaning is required. See maintenance section for
more cleaning information.
How to use the water stick:
your finger on the end of the water stick. While holding the end, remove the
water stick from the boiler tank. The water level capacity will then appear
on the stick measurement to indicate the level.
HOW TO USE THE BOILER

Insert the plug into the electrical outlet. It is not recommended to use an
extension cord with your boiler. Using an extension cord can reduce the life
of your unit. If required, do not use more than 6' and ensure it is a 14-gauge
wire.
2.
Turn the boiler on by pressing the Boiler Button to the ON position (II).
When the boiler is on, the main power will illuminate.
3.
The boiler will begin to heat. Once the boiler reaches 3.5 BAR (50 PSI), the
steam ready light will illuminate.
