Extraordinary maintenance and replacement of components
After replacing the gas valve, burner, electrode and PCB, it is necessary to do the calibration pro-
cedure [AUTO SETUP] (see "Calibration procedure [AUTO SETUP]" on page 331). Then follow
the instructions in par. "Checking the combustion values" on page 330.
Gas valve replacement
•Disconnect the power supply and close the gas cock ahead of the valve.
•Disconnect the electrical connectors "1" (fig. 44).
•Disconnect the gas supply pipe "2" (fig. 44)
•Undo the screws "3" (fig. 45)
•Remove the gas valve "4" and the gas diaphragm "5" (fig. 46).
•Fit the new valve, carrying out the above steps in reverse order.
•Refer to the instruction sheet included in the kit when replacing the gas diaphragm.
