Mounting screws
When assembling the rotisserie spit, do not tighten the individual screws completely. Tighten the
screws at the end of assembly, after all of them have been installed.
3.4. Working with the machine
Before grilling, wash the spit with mild cleaning agents designed for cleaning surfaces that come
into contact with food.
When grilling, use personal protective equipment - oven mitts / grilling gloves.
Use kitchen accessories
Lay up the charcoal or briquette in the charcoal bowl. Place the firelighter in the form of cubes or
pour liquid / gel kindling - use only firelighters that are produced in accordance with EN 1860-3.
Set on fire and wait until the charcoal / briquette glows. Distribute the charcoal / briquette evenly
in the charcoal bowl and add more if there is not enough of it.
Do not overfill the fire pit!
After a dozen or so minutes, a white / gray layer of ash will appear on the charcoal / briquette,
which means that the grilling temperature is appropriate.
After grilling, wait until the charcoal / briquette has burned out completely and the grill is cooled
down.
