Problem - Cause
The tool does not activate when pressing the
"ON/OFF" switch:
� Discharged battery;
� The switch is not working or the connections are
damaged;
The "ON/OFF" is locked:
� The "ON/OFF" switch locking/unlocking button is not
pressed;
Poor quality of cut:
� The blade is not sharpened;
� The blade is not properly assembled;
� The pressure on the jig saw is too high;
Low performance of cut:
� The blade is not sharpened;
� The cutting speed is not in accordance with the type of
material of the work piece;
� The pendulum movement is not in accordance with the
type of material of the work piece;

8. FAQS / TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
� Charge the battery;
� Repair or replace the switch;
� Press the locking/unlocking button of the "ON/OFF"
switch;
� Sharpen the blade properly;
� Assemble the blade properly;
� Reduce the pressure on the jig saw;
� Replace by a new blade;
� Adjust the speed according to the type of material;
� Adjust the pendulum movement according to the
material;
