NOTE: Assemble the dispenser upside down.
Once assembled, flip it over before installing
paper rolls.
ATTACH CUTTING SECTIONS TO TOP BOARD
1. Open Bag 1 and take out two hex head screws.
2. Locate the cutting section with a red dot on one end.
3. Line up the red dot on the cutting section with the
red dot on underside of the top board.
NOTE: Ensure the cutting section opens outward
and to the left.
4. Secure the cutting section firmly to top board with
the two hex head screws from Bag 1. (See Figure 1)
5. Repeat step 4 until all four remaining cutting
sections are attached to the top board.

ATTACH CLIP ASSEMBLIES TO TOP BOARD
1. Take two hex head screws from Bag 1. Take 1 clip
assembly from Large Bag.
2. Place clip assembly on top board so that clip faces
outward and the holes line up with those on the top
board.
3. Secure the clip assembly firmly to top board with the
two hex head screws from Bag 1. (See Figure 2)
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all four remaining clip
assemblies are attached.

ATTACH CUTTING SECTIONS TO BOTTOM BOARD
NOTE: The underside of the bottom board is not
laminated and will be hidden when the unit is
complete. Ensure the unfinished side is facing
up while building the unit.
1. Open Bag 2 and take out two hex head bolts, two
washers and two keps hex nuts.
2. Locate the cutting section with the blue dot on one end.
3. Line up the blue dot on the cutting section with the
blue dot on the laminated side of the bottom board.
4. Secure the cutting section to the bottom board using
the two hex head bolts, two washers and two keps
hex nuts from Bag 2. (See Figure 3)
5. Repeat step 4 until all four remaining cutting
sections are attached to the bottom board.
