INSTALL LOWER HUB ASSEMBLIES
1. Take one lower hub assembly from Large Bag.
2. Remove the hex nut, washer, plastic spacer and
other washer from the hub assembly.
3. Place large washer on the hub assembly, paying
special attention to the curve orientation of the large
washer. (See Figure 4)
4. Place one washer and the plastic spacer onto the
hub assembly.
5. Screw hub assembly into bottom board near cutting
section.
6. Secure hub assembly to bottom board with washer
and hex nut, using 1/2" wrench.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 to assemble and install the
remaining hub assemblies.

ATTACH THE SWIVEL PLATE AND BASE BOARD
1. Place the swivel plate on the non-laminated side of
the bottom board and line up the holes.
NOTE: The side of the swivel plate facing the
bottom board should have elongated holes.
2. Using the 7/16" wrench, secure bottom half of the
swivel plate with the four hex head bolts and four
washers on the laminated side and four lock washers
and four keps hex nuts (from Bag 3). (See Figure 5)
3. Line up the holes on the base board with the four
circular holes in the top of the swivel plate. Make
sure the holes facing upward on the base board
have sloping edges, whereas the holes facing the
swivel plate are flush with the wood.

4. Secure the base board to the swivel plate with the
four flat head machine screws from Bag 3.

INSTALL GIFT WRAP ROLLS
1. Slide a metal dowel through the core of a gift wrap
roll.
2. Place one end of the metal dowel over the head on
the lower hub assembly. (See Figure 7)
3. Snap the top end of a metal dowel into the clip
assembly under the top disc.

The dispenser is now complete. Turn entire unit
over so that the label on the top disc faces up.
NOTE: Roll should dispense to the right.
