2.5 Insert the liner right, central and left rear tabs in the corresponding housings on the
support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig.19). Push the tabs until they are
fully fastened onto the support.
2.6 Push the left cheek pad padding into the snap fastener located at its rear by fas-
tening it to the left frame fastening housing fixedto the shell (Fig.18). Follow the
same operation on the right side of the helmet.
2.7 Hold the liner central area and press it downwards at the snap fastener placed at
its rear, by fastening it onto the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell
WARNING

Remove the inner comfort padding only when cleaning or washing is required.

Before washing the inner comfort padding, make sure to remove all the removable
sponge parts. Replace them properly after washing.

Never use the helmet before completely and properly reassembling its inner com-
fort padding.

Carefully wash by hand and use only mild soap and water at 30° C max.

Rinse using cold water and dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.

The inner polystyrene is an easily deformable material. It is intended to change or
get partially destroyed to help absorb shocks.

Do not modify or alter the internal polystyrene components in any way.

Clean the inner polystyrene components using a damp cloth only and allow them
to dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Never use tools or equipment to carry out the operations described above.
HELMET LOCK RING
Some versions of this helmet are equipped with a metal ring, called HELMET LONG
RING (Fig.23), which is used to hang the helmet on the hook placed on many motor-
bikes.
WARNING
-
Only use the HELMET LOCK RING to hang the helmet to the motorbike.
-
Check and control that the hook from which the helmet is hung is not directly
exposed to heat sources or other stresses that may modify its characteristics or
damage it.

The HELMET LOCK RING is not related to the helmet retention system (strap) and/
or its adjustment (see specific instructions).
-
Never use the HELMET LOCK RING to fasten the helmet to the head and/or to
adjust the correct tension (see instructions above).

Do not remove the HELMET LOCK RING form the retention system strap (strap).
-
In case of malfunctioning or damages, please contact a Nolangroup authorised
dealer.

DISASSEMBLY
To disassemble the CHIN PROTECTOR, open the visor completely, if any, and remove
the chin guard from the helmet (see instructions above).
