Check monthly that the door seal rubbers are in good condition and are
sealing properly;

Check monthly operation and tightening of the closure. If necessary,
readjust the lock of the latch;
•
Check the integrity of the cushions monthly. If they are damaged, it should
be replaced immediately;
•
Quarterly, check the tightening of the fixing screws and the electrical
connection of the product (tightening of terminals, presence of oxidation,
state of electrical wires, etc.);
19 BATTERY PROTECTION
To protect the vehicle battery, the refrigerator is equipped with battery charge
controller module, which will turn off the refrigerator when power is at 9.6
VCC for 12 VCC refrigerators and 21.3 VCC for 24 VCC refrigerators. The self-
diagnostic LED will remain lit indicating "low battery voltage".
When reconnecting the alternator, the refrigerator will turn on automatically.
20 SELF-DIAGNOSIS ELECTRONIC
The refrigerator has a self-diagnostic system. Through the self-diagnostic LED -
location figure 02 - it is possible to check the fault that is occurring:
1 flash
2 flashes
3 flashes
LED flashing
4 flashes
5 flashes
Battery voltage below or above specified.
Fan with many starts in a short period, or fan current above
0.5A.
Compressor did not break or over pressure. Wait 4 minutes
for it to automatically reconnect.
Very charged refrigeration system, compressor cannot
maintain minimum speed.
Electronic unit with high temperature due to excessive
cooling system charging or high ambient temperature
(check ventilation).
