ant odours.
Open the cooking chamber and wait for the appliance to cool down. If the unpleasant
odours persist, close the cooking chamber and repeat the operation to remove them
permanently.
ADAILY CLEANING
Before cleaning the appliance (at the end of the day or when necessary), SHUT OFF THE
GAS SUPPLY LINE, disconnect the main power supply (or disconnect the electric plug) and
make sure the cooking chamber has cooled down completely.
1. Remove the trays and clean the cooking chamber with suitable detergents.
2. Wash the trays with suitable detergent, rinse them and dry them well before introducing
them back into the chamber.
3. Accurately clean the work surface and all surrounding areas.
4. Clean external appliance surfaces with a damp cloth or sponge.
Caution - Precaution
Only clean with suitable detergents. Never use corrosive or flammable cleaning
products or products that contain substances harmful to human health.
For long periods of disuse, after cleaning, CLOSE THE GAS SUPPLY and turn off appli-
ance power (or unplug the power cord), adequately cover it to keep it clean.
PERIODICAL CLEANING
Periodically (or when needed) clean the deflector and the baking tray support guides.
Important
Before carrying out cleaning, CLOSE THE GAS SUPPLY LINE, disconnect the main
power supply (or disconnect the power socket), close the water cock and make sure
that the baking chamber is completely cooled down.
1. Extract the baking tray support guides
2. Remove the screws and the deflector.
3. Spray the suitable detergent on all the internal walls of the cooking chamber and leave
it for 10÷15 min.
Caution - Precaution
When using detergent products for cleaning and sanitising the appliance, wear per-
sonal protection equipment (gloves, masks, goggles, etc.) as required by the safety
and health laws in force.
4. Rinse with tepid (drinking) water and dry the surfaces of the cooking chamber.
