User information
Castors. All MedaPro swivel office chairs come with (monochrome)
hard castors for soft surfaces. For hard surfaces soft (dual-color)
castors must be used. If there is a change in the floor surface the
castors must be replaced accordingly.
Care instructions. Vacuum cleaning suffices to remove dust and
fluff from the fabric cover. Please use a damp cloth and a mild,
neutral cleaning agent to treat stains on the fabric cover (mesh and
plastic surfaces).
For polished aluminum you can use a glass cleaner (for high-gloss
chrome surfaces a small amount of washing-up liquid). Then rub dry.
For leather covers please refer to the enclosed leather brochure.
For other care instructions please contact your local retailer, and in
the case of persistent stains a specialist company.
We recommend the use of environmentally friendly cleaning
agents at all times.

Exchange of parts subject to wear and tear
Parts subject to wear and tear include castors, pneumatic inclination
springs, covers and upholstery. These wearing parts can also be
exchanged. The operational and compatible replacement of the
wearing parts is guaranteed for at least five years.
Please note! Work on or replacement of gas pressure devices
should only be performed by trained specialists.
Your MedaPro should be used in accordance with a general duty
of care and only as a swivel office chair as specified. If it is used in
any other way there is an increased risk of accidents (e.g. by using
it for standing on or by sitting on the armrests).
