The actual result depends on various factors, such as the roasting (light or dark),
freshness, moisture, size, oil content, type of beans, etc. If the coffee is too bitter
or the coffee or espresso machine has problems with the water passage, the
grinding degree is too fine. If the coffee or espresso is watery, the grinding
degree is too coarse and/or the amount of coffee is insufficient. This is subject
to the condition that the specific operating requirements for the type of
preparation were observed and followed.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Wipe the housing and the crank with a soft cloth only, slightly damp, if
necessary. The wooden knob can be removed for cleaning, wipe it with a soft
cloth only.
• The collecting container can be cleaned with warm water and a mild
detergent. Afterwards dry off thoroughly.
• You can remove stubborn coffee oil residues with a little washing-up liquid,
vinegar cleaner or a commercially available coffee oil remover.
• Do not submerge the coffee mill in water or other liquids. Do not clean it in
the dishwasher.
• Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent, scrubbing brushes,
or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.
