Before the first use
· Start by carefully reading the instructions for use and the safety instructions.
· Then remove all packaging materials.
· Only wipe off the base with a soft cloth (slightly damp, if necessary). The lid, the milk jug, the spiral
and the whisk can be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent. Then rinse with clear water.
Thoroughly dry off all parts afterwards.
· Attention: Do not use any caustic liquids or abrasive cleansers when cleaning.
Use
· Place the base on a suitable surface (not on a metal surface; not on fabrics etc.).
· Take the milk jug off the base and remove the lid.
· Fit the spiral or the whisk on the connecting piece and add the desired amount of fresh milk between
the MIN- and MAX-mark for the relevant function in the milk jug.
· Put the lid back on the milk jug.
· Place the milk jug on the base and insert the power plug into a suitable socket. A signal tone
sounds and all indicator lights flash once.
· Press the on/off switch to select the desired function. The indicator light for Cappuccino flashes.
Press the on/off switch again to select another function.
· The operation starts automatically within a few seconds and the relevant indicator light then lights
up permanently.
· Press the on/off switch to interrupt the process manually.
· As soon as the process is finished, the device stops automatically and an acoustic signal sounds.
· Take the milk jug off the base and pour the milk foam/mixed milk drink into a cup or mug.
· Risk of burns: The milk jug is hot after use, only take hold of the handle and only place it on a
suitable coaster.
· After use always, pull the plug from the socket.
