Note: Make sure the membrane is attached and is lying flat against the valve, or the
pump will lose suction and will not work properly. Also, make sure the membrane is not
torn, as this also will cause decreased suction and the pump to not work properly.

Attach the membrane A to the valve B.

Push valve B onto the bottom of the flange
C. Screw bottle D into bottom of flange. In-
stall diaphragm E into flange assembly C.

Align the pump unit F to the flange
assembly C, as shown.
In a downward motion, firmly snap the
bottom of the pump unit F to the flange as-
sembly C. You will feel a "click"when the two
are secured tightly. Place the bottle into the
stand G, as shown.
If you plan to use batteries, push battery drawer release
B
button A, slide battery drawer B out and load three
alkaline "AA" batteries C (not included), as shown. Slide
the drawer B closed. For best performance, brand
A
name, non-rechargeable batteries are recommended.
Generic batteries may impact pump performance.

Note: You may store a spare membrane D in
C
battery drawer, as shown.
Note: Power adapter must be removed for
battery operation. In case of a power outage,
batteries will not act as a backup if the adapter
is plugged into the pump.
WARNING
• DO NOT mix old and new batteries.
• DO NOT mix battery types; leakage, explosion, and/or fire could occur.
• Remove batteries before putting product into storage.

• DO NOT, under any circumstances, use this AC adapter with any other
equipment. Likewise, do not use the adapter from any other product on this
breast pump. If you lose the AC adapter contact Parent's Ally Consumer Care Team.
• ALWAYS remove plug from product and wall by pulling on the plug/housing.
• DO NOT pull on the cord, as this may damage the cord.
• NEVER operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug.

Using Batteries
Using the AC Adapter
To use the AC adapter, A, remove batteries
from pump unit.
Plug AC adapter into the pump unit B, then
plug the adapter into 100 – 240V 50/60 Hz AC
current only (standard household outlet). For
use in countries outside of North America, a
plug converter (not included) may be required.
Unplug the adapter after each use.
Note: AC adapters are not interchange-
able between Evenflo Models
