INSTALLATION
HYDRAULIC KIT INSTALLATION
Before implementing the hydraulic connections, always
disconnect the power supply.
Before installing the chosen HYDRAULIC KIT you must carry

out the following steps (see fig. 1):
• Remove the rear casing (A) secured by screws.
• Remove the metal side panel (B) secured by screws.
At this point you can proceed with the installation of the
chosen hydraulic kit.
R KIT
Attach the delivery pipe (M) to the hydraulic kit using the 3/4"
seal supplied.
Connect the boiler delivery pipe to delivery pipe (M) on the
hydraulic kit, inserting the 3/4" seal supplied and screwing
them together with care (fig. 2).

Connect the flexible pipe of the expansion vessel to the
V-fitting of the hydraulic kit (see Fig. 2)

Insert the two teeth (F) of the kit support into the two slots (G)
inside the boiler base.
Connect the manometer capillary to the appropriate fitting on
the hydraulic kit and fasten it with the clip provided (see fig. 8).
Insert the boiler return pipe into the O-ring and couple it to
the connection on the body of the circulator located on the kit,
securing it with the special clip (fig. 2).
Use the screws provided to fasten the kit support to the rear of
the boiler (fig. 3).
N.B.: Complete the operation by tightening the elbows
connected to the kit, if required (delivery/return/H

To assemble the kit, proceed as above.
Affix the metal support to the rear of the boiler, using screws
(C - Fig. 4). This supports the plate exchanger and the
protective casing (D - fig. 4).
Connect the two flexible pipes supplied, from the plate
exchanger, to the hydraulic delivery and return connections on
the previously installed hydraulic kit (see pages 25-26).
