REPAIR AND CLEANING PROCEDURE
AIR DISTRIBUTOR (FIG. 6)
1. Unscrew the 4 bolts (J) from the cover (I) and remove it.
2. Unscrew the 4 screws (A) from the muffler (B) and remove it together
with the gasket (C) and the muffler resonator (D).
3. Using a plastic tool, gently tap the spool (H) on the side of its smallest
diameter through the motor (Fig. 6), remove the spool (H).

JUNTAS DEL MOTOR DE AIRE (FIG. 7)
1. Desenrosque los 3 tornillos (A) y quite la tapa (B).
2. Desenrosque el tapó P n (C). Deseche su tórica (D) y ponga una nueva
posteriormente.
3. Saque las 2 chavetas curvas (E).
4. Retire los 5 tornillos (F) junto con sus arandelas (G).

5. Tire hacia arriba del cabezal motor (Q) hasta liberarlo del resto de la bomba.
6. Tire hacia arriba del casquillo (J) hasta sacarlo del cabezal. Saque también todas las
tóricas del interior (3xH y I). Deséchelas y sustitúyalas posteriormente por unas
nuevas.
7. Deseche las tóricas (K, L, 4xR, S) y la (H) que se encuentra bajo la arandela (M).
Reemplácelas por unas nuevas posteriormente.

8. Desenrosque los 4 tornillos (V), tire de la brida (N) hacia arriba y deseche las tóricas
(O) y (P). Reemplácelas posteriormente por unas nuevas.

9. Tire hacia arriba del cilindro (U) y reemplace las tóricas (O), (P) y (T).
10.Vuelva a montar el conjunto en sentido inverso, aplicando fijador de rosca en el
tapón (C).
NOTA: las juntas nuevas necesarias estan incluidas en el kit 539502.

4. Replace the spool seals 2x(E), (F) and (G), or replace the complete
spool (H) with its factory installed seals (Section SPARE PARTS KITS).
This is the recommended option to ensure that the seals are
installed correctly.

AIR MOTOR SEALS (FIG. 7)
1. Remove the 3 bolts (A) and then the cap (B).
2. Remove the plug (C) and its O-ring (D). Remove o-ring (D) and
replace it later by a new one.
3. Take away the 2 curved keys (E).
4. Unscrew the 5 bolts (F) and take tehm away along with their washers (G).
5.Pull upwards the head of the motor (Q) till it´s free from the rest of
the pump.
6. Pull upwards the part (J) till it´s out of the head of the motor. Remove
the o-rings 3x(H) and (I) and replace them later by new ones.
7. Remove o-rings (K), (L), 4x(R), (S) and the one (H) below the
washer (M). Replace them later by new ones.
8. Remove the 4 bolts (V), pull upwards the part (N) and then remove
o-rings (O) and (P). Replace them later with new ones.
9. Pull upwards the cylinder (U) and replace o-rings (O), (P) and (T).
10.Reassemble in reverse order, applying thread locker in plug (C).
Note: All these seals are included in the available kit (section SPARE
PARTS KITS).
