USE
CAUTION
Make sure the measuring site is dry, clean prior to
measurement taking.
FOREHEAD MEASUREMENT
NOTE: The switsch is at UP position.
1. Press and release the ON/OFF button to turn
on the device.
2. Aim at the forehead
within
measuring
distance 2 cm and
the device should be
kept
as
still
as
possible during use.
3. Press and release the ON/OFF button to do a
measurement.
4. Read the temperature on the LCD.
OBJECT MEASUREMENT
NOTE: The switsch is at DOWN position.
1. Switch to object measuring mode (see page
10).
2. Aim
the
object
surface within 2 cm.
3. Press
and
release
ON/OFF button to do
a measurement.
4. Read the temperature
on the LCD.
DOING A MEASUREMENT
1. Press and release the ON/OFF button to turn
on the device.
2. After completing self-diagnosis, the device will
be ready for measurement.
3. Press and release the ON/OFF button. After
two beeps it is ready. Read the temperature.
4. When the reading is higher than 37,5°C,the
device will have fever alarm.
