Assembly
1. Insert the shaft of the 4-blade set into the shaft of the
set with 2 sets of 4 blades;
2. Insert the shaft locking pin;
3. Insert the side disc shaft into the tines' shaft with 1 set
of 4 blades;
4. Insert the shaft locking pin;
All blades must be facing the same direction, check
the indications glued on the shafts with the
indication of the corresponding side of each set of blades
(R, L).
Tines mounting side
Placing the tines into the drive shaft
5. Fit the tines' shaft onto the drive shaft in the direction
indicated by the arrow () stamped on the tine. The
tines must be oriented with the cutting edge facing
forward;
6. Insert the clevis pin in the innermost hole of the tines'
shaft and drive shaft. Then insert the R-clip.
1. Remove the clevis pin with R-clip from the fixed farming
tools holder fitted in the gearbox;
2. Fit the furrow opener into the fixed farming tools holder;
3. Insert the clevis pin and the R-clip;
4. Adjust the furrow opener inclination in the adjustment
screws;
5. Insert the depth rod into the farming equipment holder;
6. Place the fixing pin in one of the holes of the depth rod
according to the desired height. Insert the R-clip;
7. Adjust the width of the furrow, in the adjustment screws.
Shaft locking pin
1. Remove the locking pins from the fixed farming tool
holder;
2. Fit the depth rod holder into the middle hole of the fixed
farming tool holder. Insert the clevis pin and the R-clip;
3. Insert the depth rod into the farming tools holder. Place
the clevis pin into one of the holes of the depth rod
according to the desired height and insert the R-clip;
4. Adjust the inclination of the depth rod at the adjustment
screw;
5. Adjust the angle of the farming tools holder on the two
adjusting screws.
Check that the drive lever (11) is disengaged, and the
gear shift lever (8) is in neutral position "0" to avoid a
sudden and uncontrolled movement while starting the
engine.
1. Move the choke lever (5) to "CLOSE" position, until it is
left positioned;
2. Open the fuel tap (4) and put it in the "ON" position, the
knob should be right positioned;
3. Place the throttle knob (24) in the middle position and
press the "ON" button on the "ON/OFF" switch;
4. Pull the recoil starter (27) slowly until you feel some
resistance and then pull the recoil starter tightly until
the engine starts running;
5. After about 10 seconds, move the choke lever to "OPEN
"position, to the right.
Do not set the choke lever to "CLOSE" position if the
engine is warm or air temperature is high.
