OPERATION MANUAL
DESCRIPTION
The PPO-500 is designed to spray round pizza pans to with a consistent amount of Vegalube oil (not
provided with machine). The machine will deliver a consistent quantity of release oil in a repeatable
pattern.
NOTE: The machine will automatically shut off after 1 minute if no pizza pan is detected. To restart,
simply press the green button on the side of the machine.
The major components of the pan oiler will be assembled prior to shipment. Minor items, like the
suction tube, return tube, and Vegalube oil will be connected at the end-user's facility.
Instructions to install the suction and return lines are listed below on the following page.
The unit will be primed with Mallet Vegalube Oil from the factory. The Vegalube oil is the same oil used to
spray round pizza pans.
GETTING STARTED
Remove your PPO machine from the box and place it on a table within 5 feet of your Vegalube oil (not
provided with machine). Verify your machine has shipped with all the parts listed below.
Plug the machine into a nearby outlet and insert the stainless tubing and bucket fitting into your pail of
Vegalube oil. Press the green button to turn the machine on.
Be sure to keep you Vegalube oil at the manufacturer recommended temperature. This will help maintain
a proper spray pattern every time the machine is used.
PARTS INCLUDED IN BOX
1) Oiler Machine: Enclosure Box and Door containing a Pump, Hose Assembly (connected to machine),
Solenoid Valves (2x), Pump Timer, Shot Timer, Green Start Button, Purge Button, Proximity Sensor,
Spray Nozzle, Base Plate, and Electrical Wiring.
2) Instructions: Assembly, Operation, and Sanitation.
(NOTE: KEEP PUMP PRIMED WITH VEGALUBE OIL)
