5.1 PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS IN PROBE MODE
To work in PROBE mode, it is advisable to first execute the CALIBRATION ROUTINE for the CONDUCTIVITY
PROBE. In order to execute it, please refer to the following procedure.
5.1.1 CONDUCTIVITY PROBE CALIBRATION
To calibrate the conductivity probe, please operate the following steps:
Fill up the tank with water and add the right amount of detergent to obtain the correct concentration or titration
value and then start the dishwasher and wait for the water to reach operating temperature.
Read the conductivity value shown on the display of your WAREDOSE35.
Use your titration kit to read the real concentration of detergent now present in the Wash Tank.
If the two values are different, press the central key of WAREDOSE35 and keep it pressed for 5 seconds to
access the calibration routine. The display will show the following writing:

14 concentr. 1,5mS
This operation will compensate for the internal errors of the instrument and, from this moment, the value of
conductivity in mS shown on the display of WAREDOSE35 will be accurate whilst:
•
The probe remains clean
•
The temperature of the water in the tank is the same as at the moment of calibration
Now you can use the read value of concentration as the SET POINT for your future washing cycles.
If you don't perform the calibration of the probe, the value of conductivity shown on the screen of the
WAREDOSE35 could be different from the real value of conductivity present in the tank. In these conditions,
although the displayed value is not precise, the WAREDOSE35 will work well while the probe remains clean and
the temperature in the tank is the same. The system will continue to maintain the conductivity value detected when
the concentration in the tank was correct (soon after the initial filling of the tank), although the conductivity value
displayed may be different from the correct value read with your titration kit.

DESCRIPTION
PROBE CALIBRATION ROUTINE
The display shows the value of conductivity currently read by the
system. If this value is different from the value determined with your
titration kit, use the left and right keys to increase or decrease the
shown value until it matches the value read with your titration kit and
then confirm it by pressing the central button.
Pressing the central button will confirm the read value without
executing any adjustment, and will change to the next parameter, the
desired conductivity SETPOINT.
