6.1 Measurement Alarms
This alarm condition is activated when the measurement of conductivity read in the tank is out of range. In this
case, the measurement displayed on the screen blinks. If the conductivity is too high (>5.0 mS), the upper limit
value blinks. If the conductivity is too low (<0.2 mS but >0.075 mS), the lower limit value blinks on the display. It the
conductivity reading is lower than 0.075 mS, the system detects a "NO PROBE" condition and that message will
blink on the screen. One of the possible causes of this problem could be an incorrect connection of the probe.
The "NO PROBE" alarm is visualized only in "PROBE" and "SIMPLIFIED" modes. By pressing the enter button for
more than 3 seconds is anyway possible to enter the programming menu in order to change the setting to
"PROBELESS" operating mode.
7 MAINTENANCE & ACCESSORIES
7.1 MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance on the WAREDOSE 35 unit includes replacing worn out pump tubes and keeping the unit
clean. Repairs to the unit involve modular component replacements. This minimizes spare parts inventory
requirements and speeds up the service process in the field.
7.1.1 Tube replacement
Disconnect the power supply and open the blue transparent lid of the WareDose;
To remove the tube:
• Remove the connection on the left from its seat by lifting it; keeping hold of the connector with one hand rotate
the roller holder clockwise, until you can lift the connector on the right from its seat.
To insert the tube:
• Insert the connector in the left seat with the round edge on the bottom;
• Rotate the roller holder clockwise so that the cross piece pushes the tube into its natural seat; finally insert the
second connection into its seat on the right;
• Close the blue transparent lid of the WareDose, taking care that the lid clicks into its seat.
Warning!!! Sekobril transparent tube is used in the rinse aid pump and Santoprene tubes are used in the
detergent pump.
