14. For two-headed pumps:
Perform work steps 3 to 13 on the second pump head.
15. Fasten the cover (H) with the 4 cheese head screws (G).
16. For two-headed pumps:
Pull the hose (pumps N026.1.2.18: the hoses) of the
pneumatic connection back onto the hose connector.
For pump types N026.1.2.18: Retighten the hose clamp
on the pneumatic connection on the pressure side.

The diaphragm and valves are the only wearing parts in the
pumps. They are easy to replace.
The valves and diaphragm should generally be replaced at
the same time. If the diaphragm is not replaced at the same
time as the valves, the specified output of the pump can no
longer be ensured after the maintenance is performed.
With multi-headed pumps, parts may be interchanged be-
tween the individual pump heads.

Replace the diaphragm, valve springs and seals of the in-
dividual pump heads in sequence.
