Cleaning
When cleaning your pruner do not spray the pruner with water or immerse it in water.
1.
Do not spray the equipment with water or immerse it in water, otherwise it may cause
electric shock.
2.
Keep the handle of the ventilation tank, engine room and equipment clean.
3.
Clean with a damp cloth or brush.
4.
Do not use detergents.
5.
Please clean the blade carefully after each use.
6.
Wipe the blade with an oily cloth and spray with metal protective spray.
7.
After 8 hours of continuous operation, please disassemble the front cover of the
equipment to clean the wood chips and other impurities.
Blade lubrication
When the shears get used intensively, of after a long period of non utilization, check regularly
the lubrication of the gears of the blade.

Cleaning and maintenance
Disassembly and assembly maintenance steps
General maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and blade replacement requires limited disassembly
and assembly of your pruner.
1.
Place the shears on a table with the blade facing right. Open the inspection cover by
unscrewing the two screws.
2.
Turn the shears on the opposite side, with the blade facing left. Unfasten the anvil-locking bolt
and remove the washer.
3.
Unscrew the blade-locking nut.
4.
Turn the shears on the opposite side, with the blade facing right. Remove the central bolt and
the blade. Apply the grease on gears. Do the same with the new blade, in case of replacement.
5.
Remove the anvil.
6.
Apply grease in the hole of the central bolt.
7.
Insert the anvil (or the new one in case of replacement).
8.
Insert the blade and the central bolt.
9.
Turn the shears on the opposite side, with the blade facing left. Fasten the blade-locking nut.
10. Insert the washer and the anvil-locking bolt.
11. Turn the shears on the opposite side, with the blade facing right. Place the cover and close it
with the two screws.
