Fit the saddle (61) in the direction of
the arrow, Fig.6, onto the saddle post
plate (5), making sure that the holes in
the saddle post are facing the front
part of the saddle, and tighten the nuts
securely.
Next, insert the saddle post into the
hole on the main body (1), fit the
saddle post adjustment knob (48),
adjust the position of the saddle post
and tighten the knob (48) by turning it
clockwise.
7.- ADJUSTING SADDLE
HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle height control knob
(48) a little, Fig.6, turning it anti-
clockwise and then pulling it back,
when the saddle is at the right height
release the control knob and this will
lock back into the holes on the saddle
post. Tighten the control knob by
turning it clockwise.
8.- FITTING THE ELECTRONIC
MONITOR.-
Remove the screws (42) from the back
of the monitor, then place the monitor
on top of the main post (7) in the
direction of the arrow, Fig.7, making
sure not to pinch any of the cables.
Refit the screws and tighten, connect
the handgrip terminal (49) and the
feedback terminal (63) at the back of
the monitor, as shown in Fig.7.
9.- EXERTION SETTINGS.-
To provide an even level of exertion
during exercise, this appliance is
equipped with a tensioning control
(54), located on the main post, offering
various exertion settings, Fig.8.
To increase pedal resistance turn the
tensioning control (54) clockwise (+)
until the exertion level best suits your
exercise requirements. To reduce
pedal resistance turn the tensioning
control (54) anticlockwise (-).
10.- LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position for doing exercise, make
sure that it sits flat on the floor and
that it is level. This can be achieved by
screwing
the
blocks (74) up or down, as shown in
Fig.9.
11.- MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The appliance is equipped with wheels
(12) (13) making it easier to move
about. The two wheels at the front of
the appliance make it easy to store the
