10.1 Check indicator lamps and (error)
messages
See Chap. 9 for explanations of messages
during normal operation, Chap. 12 in the
event of a fault and Chap. 13 in the event of
a warning.
10.2 Before each maintenance task
• Switch off the compressor at the main
switch.
• Only perform the maintenance work in
Chap. 10.6 to 10.9 when the system is de-
pressurised. Release the compressed air
using the ball valve (item 22, 23 or 24).
10.3 Checking the oil level
• Check the oil level and top up oil to the
maximum mark, if required (see Fig. 3a)
10.4 Checking the compressor for oil
leaks
• Check whether oil has collected under the
connecting hoses (item 09) or the separa-
tor vessel (item 01). If so, contact your
service partner.
10.5 Draining condensate from the
compressed air vessel
• Drain condensate using the ball valve (item
22, 23 or 24).
10.6 Replacing the air filter
1. Turn the intake filter in the direction of
the arrow to open (see Fig. 4a).
2. Remove the filter element and replace
with a new one, then close the intake fil-
ter.
10.7 Cleaning the outside of the oil/air
cooler
• Blow out the oil/air cooler with compressed
air.
10.8 Cleaning the inside of the com-
pressor
• Remove all covers and blow out the com-
pressor with compressed air.
10.9 Checking the V-belt tension
• Inspections are not necessary. If the V-belt
starts to make loud noises or vibrations,
contact your service partner.
11 Modifying parameters
11.1 Entering parameters
• Press the T4 button to change to the pa-
rameter selection screen in the parameter
menu.
• Press the T2 and T3 buttons to select the
parameter type you wish to change. The
cursor flashes on line 3.
• Press the T4 button to open the input
screen (line 4). Press the T2 or T3 buttons
to modify the value. Press the T4 button to
adopt the new value. Press the T5 button
to retain the original value and exit the pa-
rameter menu.
The parameter menu closes automatically
if no buttons are pressed for 60 s.
11.2 Pressure unit
The pressure unit can be set to bar or psi.
11.3 Cut-out pressure
The cut-out pressure can be adjusted to a
setting between a switch-on pressure of
+0.1 bar and 10 bar.
11.4 Switch-on pressure
The switch-on pressure can be adjusted to a
setting between a cut-out pressure of 2 bar
and -0.1 bar.
11.5 Languages
Language selection: DE, EN, FR, ES, NL, NO,
PL, HU, CZ, SK, SLO.
