20. Insert the bag frame strap through the stitched sleeve
at the front edge of the bag bottom.

21. Attach the bag frame strap to the lower hopper tubes
using two 1/4" x 1-1/4" hex bolts and 1/4" nylock nuts.
22. Fold the bag flaps around the lower hopper tubes and
attach to the snaps on the bag bottom.

23. Tie the rope to the center of the upper rear hopper
tube.

24. Attach the bag assembly to the sweeper housing,
sliding the ends of the bag arm tubes into the ends of
the sweeper's hitch tubes. Secure the tubes with two
1/4" x 1-3/4" clevis pins and small hair cotter pins.
