CAUTION! Do not dispose of spent batteries with household waste. Dispose of spent batteries at designated

5. After the summer season, prepare the appliance for storage in winter according to the fol-
lowing recommendations:
- empty the water reservoir, but do not put the drain plug on
- start the air conditioner in the fan mode until there is no residual condensate left in the
appliance (about 2 hours)
- unplug the appliance from the mains
- clean the filters
- put the drain plug on
- wind the power cord
- dismount and roll the hot air exhaust duct off the air conditioner
- remove the batteries from the remote control, put remote control in the compartment (12)
- cover the air conditioner with a plastic bag and store it in a dry place which is inaccessible
to children
