If you change your mind about customizing the screen
settings and wish to use the monitor's original set-
tings, simply press the RESET button to recall the
factory settings for brightness, contrast, horizontal and
vertical size, centering, and pincushion for the mode
currently in use.
If you press and hold the RESET button for 2 seconds,
the monitor will recall the factory settings for all ad-
justments in all modes.
If you are going to use a video mode that is not one of
the 7 factory preset modes, you may need to fine tune
your monitor to get the best display possible for that
setting. You can adjust the monitor using the controls
described previously in this manual. Once you have
made the adjustments, they will automatically be stored
and used whenever you select that mode.
The monitor will store up to 10 user-defined modes in
its memory. If you attempt to enter an 11th mode, it
will replace the first mode you originally entered.
Below are the factory settings that come preset with
the monitor. The monitor automatically detects what
resolution it is receiving and chooses the appropriate
mode.
