NOTE: If a separate engine manual is provided for this pressure washer, please follow the maintenance schedule
provided in the engine manual instead of the maintenance information listed below.
Maintenance Items
Check for water leaks under pump manifold
Check and refill pump lubricant
Change pump lubricant (initial change)
Change pump lubricant
Check plumbing
Clean engine and check nuts and bolts
Check and refill engine lubricant
Change engine lubricant (initial change)
Change engine lubricant
Check spark plug
Clean air filter
Replace air filter element
Clean fuel cap
Clean and adjust spark plug and electrodes

Initial pump lubricant change should be performed after first 50 hours of operation. Thereafter, change lubricant every

3 months or 500 hour intervals.
Initial engine lubricant change should be performed after first 20 hours of operation. Thereafter, change lubricant every

100 hours.
NOTE: If you are not sure how to perform any of the maintenance items listed above, take the pressure washer to an
authorized service center to have the maintenance item performed.
