Whenever you start or finish a spraying task, you
must always prime the paint sprayer so as not to
damage it.
1. Place the suction tube (9) in the bucket with the liquid to
be used and place the return tube (9) in an empty
bucket;
2. Turn pressure control dial (2) to maximum pressure;
3. Set the "PRIME/SPRAY" lever to the "PRIME" position (10);
4. Plug in the power cord and turn the "ON/OFF" switch (14)
to the "I" position;
The paint sprayer will start sucking the paint through
the suction tube. Allow it to run until the same fluid
comes out the return hose.
5. Set the ON/OFF switch to the "0" position and unplug the
power cord;
6. Remove the return tube from its bucket and place it in
the suction tube bucket. Use the clamps for greater
stability of the tubes.
When purging, remove the spray tip.
1. Unlock the gun trigger, set the "PRIME/SPRAY" lever to
the "PRIME" position (10);
2. Point the spray gun (6) towards an empty container and
pull the trigger;
3. While pressing the trigger, turn the ON/OFF switch to the
"I" position and set the "PRIME/SPRAY" lever to the
"SPRAY" position;
The paint sprayer will start sucking the liquid
through the suction tube. Allow it to run until the
same fluid comes out the spray gun.
4. Release the trigger, set the "PRIME/SPRAY" lever to the
"PRIME" position and the switch to the "0" position;
5. Press the trigger, in order to ensure that the hose is not
pressurised;
6. Lock the gun trigger;
7. Place the spray tip.
1. Turn the "ON/OFF" switch (14) to position "I" and set the
"PRIME/SPRAY" lever to "SPRAY" position;
2. Turn the pressure control dial (2) to maximum pressure;
3. When motor stops running, unlock the trigger and spray
over a test area to check spray pattern.
The key to a good paint task is an even finish over the entire
surface. This is achieved by performing even movements.
Keep the arm moving at a constant speed and keep the
spray gun at a constant distance from the surface. The best
spraying distance is 250 to 300 mm between the gun tip
and the surface.
Keep the spray gun perpendicular to the surface.
Otherwise, one end of the pattern will be thicker than the
other.
Press the trigger after starting the movement. Release the
trigger before stopping the movement. Failure to do so will
result in uneven spraying and spotty coverage.
When you stop using the machine, relieve the pressure.
