The connection of the external antenna
can be seen in the photo below.
- If the device is online in the original
position with an external antenna, no
further action is required.
- If not, proceed to the next step
6) Reboot
- Disconnect the external power supply.
- Wait one minute and reconnect the
external power supply.
- Login to the platform and check that the
device is back online.
- If the device is online, no further action is
required.
- If not, proceed to the next step.
7) Please return the unit to the factory for
further analysis and replacement with a new
unit.
Note: The external antenna can be pur-
chased from Epta.
