Start: to start a programme, press this button until you hear a short bleep. The colon in the time indication
on your display will start flashing, the machine will start the countdown and activate the programme you
have selected.
Stop: in order to stop the programme, press this button for a few seconds until you hear a bleep. The
signal confirms the programme has been cancelled.
PROGRAMMES
1.
Basic
This is the programme most commonly used to make a regular white loaf of bread.
2.
French
With this type of baking programme, the time to knead and to rise will be longer than this of the first
programme. The result is a crisper crust and a lighter texture.
3.
Whole wheat
This programme is most suitable for the confection of heavier types of bread, such as wholemeal bread
or multi-grain bread. Generally, these types of bread tend to be slightly smaller than regular white bread,
due to the bigger weight of the flour. It is best not to use the time delay function with this programme,
since the results might not be as good.
4.
Quick
For kneading, rising and baking bread with baking soda or baking powder. The result usually is a smaller
bread with a denser texture. It is recommended that you briefly stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon
before you press start.
5.
Sweet
Suitable for making raisin bread etc.
6.
Ultra Fast-I
With this programme you can make a delicious, 700 gram loaf of fresh white bread within one hour. The
water you add must be between 48°C and 50°C. For best results, use a culinary thermometer.
7.
Ultra Fast-II
With this programme you can make a delicious, 1000 gram loaf of fresh white bread within one hour. The
water you add must be between 48°C and 50°C. For best results, use a culinary thermometer.
8.
Dough
Select this programme if you just want the bread maker to make dough and let it rise. It is best not to use
the time delay function with this programme, since the results might not be as good.
9.
Gluten free
This programme allows you to make gluten-free bread.
10. Cake
This programme allows you to make bread that is confected with e.g. baking powder. With this type of
baking programme, your loaf of bread will be less high and more solid. You can not use the time delay
function with this programme, because the baking powder starts working immediately. If you use this
