Obstructed gas flow hole
If you notice the following symp-
toms:
• A burner does not light and the
rest does.
• The flames of a burner are smaller
than the rest.
• Ignition of burners is slow.
• Flames extinguish.
• Yellow flames.
• Soot.
1. Remove burners from cooktop.
4. Remove the unclogging hook and
replace burners on the cooktop.
Test flames.
Then it is probable that the gas flow
holes are clogged. This may be the
result of food spill, food residues or
cleansing agent residues. Your range
includes a spud unclogging hook.
Follow the next steps.
Alternatively you can use a wire
twist tie (the wires used to close
bread bags). Strip the wire twist tie
from the plastic and follow these
instructions:

2. Insert the unclogging
hook through the
cooktop hole until
reaching the gas spud
hole.
3. Twist the hook inside
the gas flow hole until
clearing it.
