AUGER MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION
To prevent auger motor overload conditions, do not try to remove too much snow at a
time, slow down your pace or decrease the width of the snow-clearing swath.
Your snow blower has built-in overload-sensing elements. When the auger motor is
overloaded, the auger motor will decrease the auger rotation speed automatically and
you will hear the volume (noise) of the motor decrease. In case of the overload, slow
down your pace or narrow the clearing width, after which the auger motor speed will

The auger motor is
overloaded and augers
stop rotating.
If both the auger-switch
trigger and the self-propel
trigger are activated or
only the auger-switch
trigger is activated, the
augers are clogged and
do not rotate.
If only the self-propel
trigger is activated, the
self-propel motor is
overloaded and the snow
blower could not move in
self-propel mode.
Electronics error.
If the LED indicator on
one or both battery packs
flashes orange or shines
red, the battery pack(s) is
overheated.
Other errors: switch, light,
etc.
ACTION
Release the auger-switch trigger.
Restart the augers and slow
down your pace or decrease the
snow clearing cut width when
working.
Remove the battery pack(s).
Check and clear any snow or
debris that has collected beneath
or is lodged in the augers.
Remove the battery pack(s).
Check and clear any snow or
debris between the wheels and
the machine body.
Contact EGO service center for
repair.
Allow the battery pack(s) to cool
down and try powering up the
snow blower again.
